Terms of service

These terms form the agreement between Auzaie Education and the institution that subscribes (“you”). By using the platform you accept them.

The service

We provide the Auzaie Education platform, including Auzaie AI and Zoom live classes, within the limits of your plan (for example the monthly AI allowance). Features may improve over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep login details secret and give access only to the people who need it.
• Have a lawful basis — including parental consent for children — for the personal data you enter.
• Check the accuracy of what you submit to authorities, such as UDISE+ data.
• Follow the Acceptable use policy.

Fees

Fees are as agreed for your plan and are payable in advance. Taxes such as GST are extra where applicable. See the Refund & cancellation policy.

Data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy and Data protection pages. You can export it at any time.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted; we keep backups and fix problems as quickly as we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for serious misuse or non-payment after notice. After cancellation you can export your data, and we delete it as described in the Privacy policy.

Law

Indian law applies; courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction.
